This is a forty by one hundred foot pole tent with a wooden dance floor, warm lighting around the perimeter, full power, and white garden chairs at every table. It goes up days in advance and comes down after you leave. Your guests walk from a garden ceremony into a lit space with a real floor under it, dressed and set before they arrive.

Imagine your day

Your vows happen outside among the trees. Cocktail hour spreads across the patio and the gardens while the light changes. Then everyone walks out to the tent for dinner.

Saturday evening the light drops and the perimeter comes up warm. Dinner under canvas with the sides open to the field. By the second song the floor is full and nobody is thinking about going home.

A tent wedding includes everything in our Garden Wedding experience: one celebration per day, property access 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with music until 10:00 p.m., up to one hour for your ceremony, a five hour reception, cocktail hour in thirty minute increments up to one hour, eighteen acres with two ponds and lights hung through mature trees, guest and cocktail tables with pub tables on the patio, linens in white, ivory, or black, complete setup and teardown for both ceremony and reception, your venue manager for the day, parking for 70 cars, and a one hour engagement session here or at Holland Gardens.

Gather around the table

Catering is your choice. Bring in a caterer you love, or let us cater. Every collection serves the same menu. What changes is the level of service.

The Simple Collection 108 inch linens. Quality disposable plates, flatware, and rolled napkins. Two entrées, salad, starch, vegetable, and rolls. Self serve water station. We keep your buffet full through dinner service and cut your cake.	$34 per guest
The Signature Collection  Our most chosen Floor length linens. China, silverware, and cloth napkins at every setting. Self serve water, lemonade, and iced tea. We keep the buffet full, clear your tables, and cut your cake.	$42 per guest

All dining is subject to a 20% service charge and 7.25% sales tax.

Raise a glass

You provide the alcohol, which saves most couples a significant amount. We provide the licensed bartenders.

Bartender Service 4.5 hours of bar service, setup and breakdown included. Two bartender minimum, one per 70 guests.	$275 per bartender
