Events We Host

Weddings are the heart of what we do, but they are not all we do.

Holland Gardens is a full-service venue just outside Toledo, which means the catering, the bar, the tables, the linens, the setup, and the teardown all come from the same team. You are not building an event out of five separate vendors and hoping they talk to each other. You make a few decisions and we handle the rest.

We also only book one event at a time. Whatever day you reserve, the property is yours. You are not sharing a parking lot, a lobby, or our attention with somebody else's party down the hall. That works just as well for a company holiday party or a fundraiser as it does for a wedding.

  • Holiday Parties

    Company parties, client appreciation nights, and family gatherings. You choose a menu and a bar package, we handle setup, service, and cleanup. The person who organized the party actually gets to enjoy it for once.

  • Fundraisers and Nonprofit Events

    Galas, auctions, banquets, and annual dinners. Because catering, bar, and rentals all live under one roof here, your costs are easier to project and easier to report. No surprise vendor invoices arriving after the event.

  • Community Events

    Awards nights, association meetings, and organizational celebrations. We hold up to 480 guests, with level on-site parking and an accessible building, a short drive from Toledo, Perrysburg, Maumee, and Sylvania.

  • Celebrations of Life

    A celebration of life should not fall on the family to organize. We handle the meal, the beverages, and the room, and we can often accommodate short notice. Learn more.

What Is Included

Every event at Holland Gardens includes:

  • In-house catering prepared by our culinary team

  • Full bar service with licensed bartenders

  • Tables, standard linens, and banquet chairs

  • Setup and teardown by our staff

  • A venue manager on site to oversee the operation of the space and our team throughout your event

  • One event at a time, so the property is yours for your event.

  • Access to American Event Rentals, our sister company located on the Holland Gardens campus, for tents, staging, specialty rentals, and upgraded inventory

All food and beverage at Holland Gardens is provided in house. That is what allows us to stand behind the entire experience rather than a piece of it.
