Weddings at Wildflower Estate

Five ways to get married on eighteen private acres.

Most couples know the feeling they want before they know the guest count. Start with the one that sounds like you. Planning here comes down to five decisions, and this is the first one.

Which one sounds like you

“I have pictured getting married outside since I was a kid.” Garden Weddings120 indoors, 180 outdoors  ·  From $5,000 “We have a big family and everyone is coming.” Tent WeddingsUp to 150 under the tent  ·  From $9,800 “Half our people are flying in. We want them all together.” Estate WeekendsUp to 120, or 150 with the tent  ·  From $7,900 “We want something small, and we want everything handled for us.” Intimate WeddingsUp to 40 guests  ·  From $3,400 “We just want to be married, with the people closest to us.” ElopementsUp to 20 guests  ·  From $2,000 “This is not a wedding, but it matters just as much.” Celebrate TogetherUp to 80 guests  ·  From $600

Every one of these includes the whole property for a single celebration. We never host two weddings on the same day. Catering and bar service work the same way across all of them, and you can see the full dining and beverage details here.

Most couples do not realize they can stay

The house sleeps twelve. Any of these can include a night or a full weekend at the estate, so the people who traveled to see you are already here on the morning of your wedding. Couples consistently tell us it was the part they would not give up.

How planning works here

You made the first one at the top of this page. Here is everything else.

1
Choose your experience

An elopement, an intimate weekday wedding, a garden wedding, a celebration under the tent, or a full weekend at the estate.

2
Choose your catering

Bring in a caterer you already enjoy working with, or let us cater. Plenty of couples do each, and neither one costs you anything in flexibility.

3
If we cater, choose your collection

Simple, Signature, or Estate. Every collection serves the same menu, cooked in our own kitchen and served buffet style. What changes is how your tables are dressed and how much we take care of once your guests sit down. We walk through the menu itself together at your final meeting. See the collections.

4
Choose your beverage service

You provide the alcohol and we provide the licensed bartenders. From there you decide how much of the rest we handle, from the bartenders alone to every mixer, garnish, and bit of barware.

5
Add what makes it yours

An overnight stay, a rehearsal dinner, a grazing table during cocktail hour, late night bites, a farewell brunch.

Everything else is a conversation, not a decision.

Still deciding

That is normal, and it is not something you have to solve from a website. Come walk the grounds and tell us what you are envisioning. We will talk through which one actually fits, and we will tell you honestly if that turns out to be our other property in Holland.

Wildflower Estate is at 7415 US Route 6 in Gibsonburg, Ohio, about forty five minutes east of Toledo. Tours are hosted by Kylee or Clara.

A note on deposits. Every wedding and celebration at Wildflower Estate includes a $500 refundable damage deposit. It is collected within your payment schedule rather than up front, and returned in full within fourteen days after your event once the property has been inspected. A valid credit card is also kept on file. All rates are subject to 7.25% Ohio sales tax, and dining is subject to a 20% service charge.

Photographs do not do eighteen acres justice. Come walk them and find out whether your date is open.
