Catering here is optional. We would love to handle it for you at the service level that fits your day, and you are just as welcome to bring in a caterer you already enjoy working with. If we cater, every collection comes out of our own kitchen from the same menu, in the same portions, served buffet style. What you are choosing is how much of the evening you hand over.

A finished table. China and cloth at every place, a beverage station your guests help themselves to, and a team that clears every table when dinner is done.

The Estate Collection  ·  $50 per guest

Hand us the whole evening. Your table is attended from the first pour to the last plate, matching what we do at Holland Gardens. Water is already on the table when your guests sit down.

All dining is subject to a 20% service charge and 7.25% sales tax. Bartender Service is separate and is not included in any collection.

Raise a glass

You buy the alcohol. We will handle the rest.

At Wildflower you provide the alcohol yourself. No required brands, no venue markup, and no paying bar prices on something you could buy by the case. Once you book, we send you the math on how much to buy for your guest count, so you are not guessing in an aisle somewhere.

Bartender Service  ·  $275 per bartender

Our licensed bartenders set up, serve, and break down. A five hour reception includes 4.5 hours of bar service. We staff one bartender per 70 guests, two minimum, so nobody spends your reception in a line. Intimate weddings and elopements are staffed with one bartender at $100.

Full Beverage Service  ·  $9 per guest

You bring the alcohol. We bring everything else, which is the part most couples do not think about until the week of.

Bartender Service is charged separately in every collection, including the Estate Collection. Full Beverage Service is what goes on the bar; bartenders are the people behind it. $400 minimum on weddings, before service charge and tax. Included in the Estate Collection. Glass goblets and water carafes are on your tables and the champagne wall is served in glass; the bar itself is poured into quality barware.

Cake, coffee service, late night bites, rehearsal dinners, and a farewell brunch are all available, priced for your guest count. Final menu selections are due thirty days before your wedding, and dietary needs are worked through together as your date gets closer.
