Intimate Weddings
Up to 40 guests, Monday through Thursday.
A small wedding is not a lesser wedding. This is a full day, styled and handled for you, with your favorite people and without the hassle of planning it.
Small is intentional
The worry we hear most about a weekday wedding is that it will feel like a scaled down version of the real thing. Fewer chairs, less effort, something people came to out of obligation.
It does not work that way here. Forty guests on eighteen acres feels generous, not sparse. Everyone can hear your vows. You will actually talk to every person who came. And because the whole thing already includes your photographer, your officiant, your arch, and your centerpieces, nothing about it looks improvised.
You show up, you get married, and you spend the evening with the people who matter most.
Your ceremony is set before you arrive. Your photographer is booked. Your officiant is arranged. We built this one so there is almost nothing left to choose.
Every intimate wedding includes
- Three to four hours on the property
- Ceremony setup, chiavari chairs indoors or white garden chairs outdoors
- An arch, greenery, and candle centerpieces
- Two hours of photography
- Your officiant
- Sound system for your ceremony and reception
- Tables and linens
- Your venue manager throughout
- Complete setup and teardown
- One celebration per day. The property is yours.
Choose your stay
Every intimate wedding is three to four hours on the property. Additional hours are available.

Plus 7.25% Ohio sales tax. Overnight stays are the couple's room. Open the rest of the house, sleeping up to twelve, for $400. Rates effective August 2026.

Cake, a grazing table, and champagne are also available. Additional nights are Monday through Thursday. Intimate weddings are Monday through Thursday; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday dates open up within six months.
Gather around the table
Dinner is not built into your package, which means you choose it. Bring in a caterer you love, or let us cater. Every collection serves the same menu. What changes is the level of service.

All dining is subject to a 20% service charge and 7.25% sales tax.
Raise a glass
You provide the alcohol, which saves most couples a significant amount. We provide the licensed bartender. One bartender covers an intimate wedding.
