Estate Weekend Weddings
Friday through Sunday. Up to 120, or up to 180 under the tent.
Because one day was never going to be enough. You arrive Friday, sleep here, wake up on your wedding day already where you are getting married, and take Sunday slow before anyone drives home.
Imagine your weekend
Everyone arrives Friday instead of rushing in Saturday morning. The rehearsal dinner ends and nobody drives anywhere. It just turns into stories around the fire.
Saturday you wake up where you are getting married. No hotel lobby, no crossing town. Coffee, family, and hair and makeup that start whenever you feel like starting. Sunday you get one more meal with the people who came the farthest.
This is the version where you get to be in it. The people who traveled to see you are already here, and so are you.
Your three days
Friday
- Two nights at the estate, sleeping up to twelve
- Your rehearsal dinner space set with linens before you arrive
- Your venue manager on site for three hours
- Exclusive use of the grounds
Sunday
- A slow morning at the estate, checkout at 10:00 a.m.
Saturday, your wedding day
- Hair and makeup as early as you would like
- Vendors welcome beginning at 10:00 a.m.
- Your ceremony, included
- Cocktail hour in thirty minute increments, up to one hour
- Chiavari chairs indoors, white garden chairs outdoors, linens in white, ivory, or black
- Complete setup and teardown for both ceremony and reception
- Your venue manager for the day, and an indoor ceremony setup held as your rain plan at no additional cost
Overnight guests stay the whole weekend. Everyone else heads home at the end of Friday evening. Eighteen acres, two ponds, parking for 70 cars, and a one hour engagement session are included, along with everything in our Garden Wedding experience.

Plus 7.25% Ohio sales tax. Your ceremony and both nights of lodging are included in each. Tented celebrations accommodate up to 180 guests; counts above 150 are quoted for your guest count. Rates effective August 2026.

Rehearsal dinners, grazing tables, late night bites, and a farewell brunch are also available. All event rentals are provided through American Event Rentals, our sister company.

Catering is your choice. Bring in a caterer you love, or let us cater. Every collection serves the same menu. What changes is the level of service.

All dining is subject to a 20% service charge and 7.25% sales tax.
Raise a glass
You provide the alcohol, which saves most couples a significant amount. We provide the licensed bartenders.

What an estate weekend runs, start to finish

A Saturday tent wedding for 150 guests runs about $21,300. The same wedding as a full estate weekend runs about $22,300. Roughly $1,000 more buys two extra days and two nights at the estate. Most couples assume the weekend costs far more than it does.
